These are great stories about a patient defying incurable cancer; families afflicted with sickle cell disease finding hope for a cure through stem cells; the shocking possibility that extinct animals might roam the earth again; and the perils of old age soon becoming a distant memory.”

According to Bernard Siegel, executive director of Regenerative Medicine Foundation and creator of the World Stem Cell Summit, “RMF is proud to partner with leapsmag in this new video series that illustrates how stem cell research will profoundly impact life on earth--solving extinction, extending the healthy human lifespan and utilizing microgravity to understand developmental biology. Included are patient stories at the intersection of hope and breakthrough science.”
